Takeshi Momoshiro Takeshi Momoshiro - Prince of Tennis
Momoshiro, o como él prefiere Momo, es un integrante más del equipo de Seigaku y de nivel intermedio. Es un personaje muy divertido y chiquilín todavía, pero dentro de la cancha es un jugador muy talentoso que juega con mucha fuerza también. Su golpe característico y el que lo define en el tenis es el smash.
 
Sumire Ryuzaki - Prince of Tennis Sumire Ryuzaki
La profesora Ryuzaki es la entrenador y coordinadora general del equipo de tenis de Seigaku. Hace años que está en la institución y llegó a entrenar a Nanjiro Echizen y ahora a su hijo. Es quien se encarga de armar los equipos para los distintos torneos y de mejorar el tenis de cada uno de sus estudiantes. Es una excelente coach y motivadora.
 
Sakuno Ryuzaki & Tomoka Osakada Sakuno Ryuzaki & Tomoka Osakada - Prince of Tennis
Son las fanáticas número 1 de Ryoma, pero Sakuno (la nieta de la profesora Sumire) es más tímida y la que más está enamorada de Ryoma y su arrogancia; en cambio Tomaka es más demostrativa de sus sentimientos y es quien más apoya en los partidos a Ryoma. Son compañeras de los chicos de séptimo grado en Seigaku.
